Craig was also Senior Director in Molecular Medicine, where he spearheaded initiatives driving innovation in clinical research and personalized medicines by drawing upon tools from health information technology, telemedicine, and eHealth.

Throughout the years, she transitioned to clinical research where she was a CRA road-warrior as well as a Project Manager for Bayer's Anti-infective Pharmaceutical division.
After receiving her MBA, she was asked to lead the External Supplier Management group where she handled the U.S. clinical outsourcing and contracting of various clinical research services.
Today, she is the Alliance Manager for R&D Services, Bayer Healthcare Procurement.

At Pfizer, Nancy has held positions of increasing responsibility and has more than 13 years experience as a learning professional and is an internationally recognized speaker on eLearning, blended learning and learning strategies.
Nancy was instrumental in the introduction of eLearning to Pfizer and holds a Masters Degree in Distance Education from the University of Maryland University College, Graduate School of Management and Technology.

Kenneth Savin

Ken received his Ph.D. from the University of Utah in 1996 and came to Lilly in 1998 from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center as an Organic Chemist.
He worked on several projects as a medicinal chemist in the areas of anxiety, depression and inflammatory disorders, and he has been involved in many cross-functional Lilly research collaborations.
In the fall of 2004 Ken went into the Lean-Six Sigma program at Lilly and led ten projects as a 6-Sigma Black Belt before moving back to chemistry as the Head of the Global Operations for Discovery Chemistry Research and Technology.

He completed four years of post-doctoral research as a Leukemia Society of America Fellow at Tufts Medical School in Boston, MA., where his research examined genetic regulatory mechanisms involved in the transformation of normal cells to a neoplastic state.
Prior to joining Genzyme as a Senior Director of Clinical Research in 2002 he was an Executive Director of Program Management at Quintiles responsible for global clinical development in their oncology franchise.
